An optimal condition ensures better health, prevention or limitation of back problems, pelvic problems, and incontinence. You will also recover sooner after your birth.
With PregnantFit you can start early in the pregnancy. This way you stay fit to prevent complaints. The training continues after the delivery until you pick up your own sport or exercise again. Attention is focused on fitness, muscle strengthening, coordination, and stabilization. After delivery, we will look at how you can best handle your daily activities, adjusted to your own possibilities.
