I am beyond excited for this post! When I decided to have a bump of the month post I knew the first person I had to interview was my bestie Tanya Emrani. Tanya and I, along with our husbands have travelled all over the world together. We also spend most Fridays together ‘running errands,’ or at least that’s what we tell our husbands. The day I found out she was pregnant it was like finding out my own sister was expecting…I cried! I have literally spent every single week with Tanya, watching her belly grow and learning so much as she moves closer and closer to the big day. I can’t wait to meet her baby boy and watch her start the next chapter of her life.

6 1/2 Months

Pre-Natal Yoga

Tanya started doing yoga at 6 weeks
She loves Anita at Yoga Works in West Hollywood
Alleviates all the pains and aches that go along with pregnancy
Relieves sciatica
Helps you feel close to your baby
You learn breathing techniques that could help with labor
The class consists of lots of squats. Squats help strengthen the thighs and inner thigh area.
Kegels exercises
Modified warrior and triangle position
Inversions with feet up against the wall

Mac and cheese
Chicken fingers
She can’t even look at kale.
