It’s summer and you know what that means…bikini season! This week is all about fitness! So why not start the week off with Articles to get you motivated to either stay fit while pregnant or help get your body after baby.

This whole week every article posted will be fitness related. So make sure to check back later in the week. Our Bundles of Joy will is all about pre and post natal pilates! It will be our first feature with videos! Our mom this week is a certified stroller strides instructor. She is getting in shape post baby while getting other moms in shape!

In the process of writing this post I just received an email from 9bliss, one of my favorite pregnancy websites. It fit perfect with this weeks fitness theme! Here are Exercises to do with a stroller! 

Whether during your pregnancy or once you are approved to work out after having a baby there are so many amazing places to work out in LA. Some of my favorite, most butt kicking workouts are….

Formula Pilates (Jasmine will be featured this week showing us amazing pre and post natal moves! Her awesome studio in Manhattan beach will get your body so toned and in shape! Plus they have their own juice bar.)
Pilates Platinum (I taught Pilates here for a while and if this doesn’t kick your butt back into shape I don’t know what else will!)
Soul Cycle (Yes the cult spinning studio. It is really the only work out I look forward to because the music is amazing and you leave there dripping sweat and feeling so good about yourself! Perfect for a mommy who may not be feeling great about herself post baby.)
Yogahop (my all time favorite yoga studio. This is fast paced power yoga with hip hop music. I love this class and always leave here feeling awesome!)
Barry’s Bootcamp (Treadmill and full body work out class. It is crazy and those extra baby pounds will fall right off)
Burn 60 (Similar concept to Barry’s, but not so scary. Awesome workout for Mommy’s looking for a treadmill class on the westside.)
